The result? High HR workload, ambiguity for employees, and a fragmented experience during an important life moment.

SLB operates across 120+ countries, and each country has slight variations (5–10%) in parenting policies and tasks.
Gathering detailed requirements country by country was impractical.
So I needed a way to:
